Notice to Brokers

In the best interest of our clients and as a general rule, we cooperate with licensees from other firms in selling our listings. However, according to the provisions of the Brokerage Guide published by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, this cooperation is not automatic and is not to be assumed. A licensee wishing to offer our listings to a prospect must first contact our office so that we may establish our working relationship before any presentation or offer to purchase. We will determine how the property will be shown, how the offer to purchase should be presented, any commission division, and other pertinent details. We normally will not share the commission if the prospect is a party or associated with a party to whom our office has presented the property. Our maps and other data are copyrighted and not permitted for reuse or dissemination to others without specific written permission from Green Hill Land & Forestry personnel.
