Comprehensive Management Plans

We look at your property, listen to your goals and provide you with options or alternatives that will help you with timber management, wildlife management or other goals you may have. We have helped many clients diversify their property to provide excellent timber investment returns and enhance their wildlife programs, recreational opportunities and aesthetics.

Part of our planning includes a comprehensive plan for road systems, wildlife plots and habitat manipulation to enhance timber and wildlife objectives. A sound road system will stimulate better timber prices, too. We want to share our experience to help you develop your property and dreams to their greatest potential.

Timber Inventory and Evaluations

We provide detailed estimates of volume, value and condition of the timber on your tract. We also appraise damage from fires, storms and illegal cutting.

Reforestation, Prescription and Administration

We prepare plans, assist in application for cost share assistance, hire and supervise site preparation and planting contractors, coordinate delivery of genetically improved pine seedlings and provide a survival count at the end of each year.
