The original farmhouse, ~1,992 square feet, was moved to the property from an adjacent farm many years ago. The first floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and still has the original hardwood floors. In 1995 the attic was renovated to be a second floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The smaller farmhouse, 1,160 sq ft, serves as a private mother-in-law suite with one bedroom, one bathroom, living area and kitchen.
